A former Basehor-Linwood Bobcat has become a Dallas Cowboy.
The Dallas Cowboys drafted Southern Miss cornerback Eric Scott Jr., who played there for three seasons.
During his time at Basehor-Linwood High School, Scott played in 33 games and finished with 126 total tackles.
He had nine interceptions and 13 pass deflections while at Basehor.
“Great young man, great family, huge potential, so excited to see his journey continue at the next level,” Basehor-Linwood’s Facebook page said.
In his college career, he had 60 tackles, five interceptions and two fumble recoveries.
